Order Placement:

1. This contract is an “E-Commerce Contract” which allows participating entities to send PO’s directly to Office Depot or place orders online via Office Depot’s secured website.
2. Please sign an "E-Commerce Contract Signup Sheet" and send to TCPN.
3. Your Office Depot rep will establish a TCPN account for your entity and provide catalogs and password login to view pricing online.

Office Supplies and Furniture:

This contract is based on matrix pricing for purchases made for delivery from the vendor’s warehouses. Discounts vary up to 84% off manufacturer’s list price.

• The Office Depot Business Services Division NET PRICED catalog will be used for this contract. Office Depot shall offer 8% off of the “Your Price” column on every item in the catalog with the exception of copy and computer paper. That price shall be shown in the “Your Price” column of the catalog.

• Each entity may select up to 100 items of their choice for better discounts. An Office Depot Representative will work with each entity to establish the most practical assortment to be programmed into the contract pricing matrix. Prices for these items will be locked in for the term of the TCPN contract.

TCPN members receive an additional discount of 10% off list pricing of all promotional products (except golf equipment and Nike branded items) within this program.  Both list and TCPN-discount pricing is shown online. 

Freight will be charged as detailed during order placement.  Production, proofing and shipping of promotional products orders is approximately 12 to 25 business days based on product.
